I'd leave things just as they are here and just fill in the empty spaces with either plain fabric or something simple like four patches or nine patches. This is exactly what an orphan quilt looks like - nothing goes with anything else but somehow it all works together beautifully.Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07125491177774966237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21570992.post-46823937718500573832007-09-05T17:40:00.000-07:002007-09-05T17:40:00.000-07:00I like the idea of the filler strips that other la...I like the idea of the filler strips that other ladies have mentioned and the 2nd. layout. Others are more selective about making sure that all the fabrics fit a particular theme or mood. It's your quilt, so it is completely up to you.Shelinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09870112367076954109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21570992.post-40066712245034728222007-08-30T18:15:00.000-07:002007-08-30T18:15:00.000-07:00Hey, I like the second layout with the extras adde...Hey, I like the second layout with the extras added in.
