Working on my bag

I am having fun making this bag. It is coming together quite well. I really, really liked Andrea's hint about putting the ribbon/string inside the handles before stitching them together to assisit with the turning.

Almost finished.

I am having a very weird problem with my blog comments right now. Sometimes when I click on the comments the pop-ups that normally come up and you click "yes" - they are continually popping up again and I can't close them and I can't close the program and I eventually have to "control, alt, delete" to shut everything down and start over. It has been going on for a few days. Making commenting a bit difficult. It seems to happen randomly and just to the blogspot blogs. I wonder if others are having this problem? We just got the speed of our DSL increased a week or so ago - so I am not sure if this is the problem. I hope it resolves itself because it is a bit of a bother.

  1. That's a very cute bag. I like the pointed top. I read on somebody else's blog that they were having the same problem. I haven't yet. Knock on wood!

  2. That's a pretty bag. I really like the paisley fabric at the very top.
I didn't have any problems commenting here. I have seen where I have had to say yes more than once before, but when I said yes, it seemed to work okay.

  4. I had that commenting problem yesterday, and again just now when I tried to comment here! My solution: move the little popup box so the "x" is right next to the "x" of the "post a comment" screen -- then click on the popup x and immediately click on the post a comment x. Then I was back to you blog page, and when I clicked to post a comment, I didn't have the same problem again. Make any sense?

Anyway -- I love the purse. Did you say which pattern it was?

  9. I love this bag and it's beautiful in the Chocolat fabrics. I made 'the' Chocolat quilt by Miss Rosie's for Moda U and may end up giving it to my SIL for a combined Christmas/birthday gift. Haven't decided whether to part with it!

  10. Great Bag. Beautiful work. I'm convinced that computers are really alien life forms. They'll get us in the end. Hope your problem clears up.
